Log in to your Casulo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
